Our stay was good & lots of areas can be improved to make it the best place for tourists Positive: The location was great, supermarket with many parking were close to the apartment. The parking was good even additional parking are available outside the fens and around the supermarket. All questions and requests were being answered on spot by property owner, they were so helpful and cooperative. Collecting keys was so detailed with secured steps. Many wide and new cabinets were provided in the apartment. Negative: One of the bed was broken, we talked to them and sent picture and immediately they changed the bed. I believe that all beds should be checked well before check-in to reduce claiming process. The matrices in general were not comfortable. There was no table in the living room, so I had to pull out terrace table inside the apartment. Only one medium size of pan was available in the kitchen, it was not enough for 5 people. The AC was not cooling enough, it was showing 23 degree, they took immediate action to reduce the thermostat and provide additional fan, although our priority when searching about apartments were AC & Parking. We also paid additional fee for cleaning, but cleaning was not provided during our 4 nights stay in the apartment. There was no mirror in the apartment except in the toilets, the pictures at booking were showing available in the master room. I also recommend more care about the cleanness of the apartment and would love to see water hose inside the toilets.
