Airy Penthouse with Terrace and Garage

Sehr zu empfehlen Positive: Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Bis auf die Kaffeemaschine haben wir die Küche nicht genutzt. Es wäre aber alles zum kochen vorhanden. Straßenbahnlinie und Lidl ca 5 min entfernt. Mit der Bahn für ca 2,20€ kommt man in ca 30 min in die Innenstadt. Ein SZ mit eigenem Bad, ein Kinderzimmer mit einem Bett, ein Klappsofa für zwei im großen Wohnbereich und noch ein extra Bad. Also perfekt für Familien mit Kinder. Nach der Buchung bekommt man eine detaillierte Nachricht um eigenständig einzuchecken. Das hat super funktioniert Negative: Nach der Buchung wird man nochmal aufgefordert ca 80€ für die Reinigung zu zahlen. Das hatte zwar einen Nachgeschmack aber würden das Apartment aufgrund der Sauberkeit wieder buchen.

Positive: Top modern new loft apartment with an amazing view! Usually rating 10/10. Negative: -1 due to the cleaning fee not being shown during the Booking.com reservation and only appearing at online check-in.

Positive: The property is amazing, just the location is a little bit far from the city centre. It can take 30 mins by tram or you can take a taxi. But the apartment is very beautiful, very big terrace and you have all you need.

Positive: Lot of space. Top floor. Nice penthouse view. Terrace. Garage. Apartment looks as new. Negative: Definitely not liked another 100EUR fee on top of booking for cleaning and taxes. It was a +30% unpleasant surprise during checkin, once we already booked the accomodation and cannot go back to cancel...yes it was written in the small letters but you have to dig to find it. Feels like a scam. It would be 9 wo this one.
