Airy Penthouse with Terrace and Garage

Positive: Lot of space. Top floor. Nice penthouse view. Terrace. Garage. Apartment looks as new. Negative: Definitely not liked another 100EUR fee on top of booking for cleaning and taxes. It was a +30% unpleasant surprise during checkin, once we already booked the accomodation and cannot go back to cancel...yes it was written in the small letters but you have to dig to find it. Feels like a scam. It would be 9 wo this one.

Positive: Apartamentul este minunat! Comunicarea cu propretariul a fost foarte bună. Este o zona linistita. Recomand! Daca vom mai vizita Milano, cu siguranță tot la ei vom apela. ♥️

Positive: Amplitud. Terraza. Nos dejaron hacer el check in media hora más tarde. Negative: Pagamos 80€ de limpieza, y para dos dias de hospedaje solo había una pastilla para el lavavajillas. La puerta del lavavajillas no se puede abrir por completo puesto que choca con el tirador del armario de la basura. La cocina está mal diseñada y las paredes están manchadas. Desde el momento en el que haces la reserva no paran de molestar con correos en los que apenas informan de nada.

Excellent and very comfortable stay and apartment was amazing. Positive: The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. It was a really good stay and the location was great. Everything was available in the apartment and supermarket was close by. Really recommend it and will for sure come again. Negative: Nothing all is good.

Magnífico apartamento en las afueras de Milán Positive: El apartamento coincide con lo que se ve en las fotos. Es espectacular al igual que la terraza. Negative: Para hacer el checkin prepara tiempo de sobra porque parece que estas firmando una hipoteca. Al precio de Booking sumale unos 100 euros más por la limpieza y tasas turísticas, no incluidas en el precio. La casa está domotizada con sus ventajas e inconvenientes. Para mi son más los inconvenientes.
